Foleshill Women’s Training is running the following courses:

Let’s get physical…Active Neighbourhoods Health Course

Free 10 week course for all women

Receive motivational tips on how to kickstart a healthier lifestyle and healthier you!

 Every Thursday -from 12thJan toThursday 15th March 2012 –  12.30-3.00pm at FWT

Sessions include

– Free Assessment and Health checks!

-Warm up’s and fun exercises (Yoga, Dance, Swimming)

– Quizzes / shopping tips / food labelling and budgeting

– Beating stress and improving well being

– Free healthy cooking sessions

Certificate of attendance upon completion and free snacks available!

 Free computer classes in Coventry Libraries – November 2011

“GO-ON” Computer sessions

Uses the national online learning portal – “go-on.co.uk” where modules teach people useful internet skills such as shopping online, using facebook, accessing government services etc.

For users with very basic IT skills there are even tutorials on using a mouse or keyboard. Provided in association with Foleshill Women’s Training.

  • Every Thursday 10am to 12pm

Clickstart computer sessions

To familiarise beginners with the computer, keyboard and mouse. Moves on to e-mail and browsing the internet using web addresses/search engines. Booking essential (see below).
