The Impact of the Cuts on Black & Minority Ethnic Women in Coventry

CEMAP in partnership with Foleshill Womens Training & Coventry Womens Voices are carrying out research into the impact of the cuts on Black & Minority Ethnic Women in Coventry.

Currently, we are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Volunteers who would like to join our team of Community Researchers. Training will be provided by our expert Researcher, Mary Ann-Stevenson, Co-author of ‘Unravelling Equality’, a joint Report of Coventry Women’s Voices and the University of Warwick.

This will be an exciting opportunity for you to gain new skills around interviewing techniques in a variety of settings and an opportunity for you to become more involved in the research. A certificate will be awarded to Volunteers and you will be invited to the special launch of the report!

We will be holding three training sessions on Wednesday 19th September, Tuesday 25th September, and Wednesday 26th September between 10am-2pm at Foleshill Womens Training, 72 Elmsdale Avenue, Folehsill, Coventry. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

If you are interested in this unique opportunity please email Varinder Kaur (CEMAP MANAGER)
